We have been involved in all sectors of the residential property development sphere, since 2004.  In early 2006 we focused considerable effort on the more affordable housing market where there is a real demand and a critical shortage of housing.  The homes that we have planned, reinforces our philosophy that affordable doesn’t mean cheap.

Some exciting new opportunities which are pursuing includes:  retail and commercial developments.  Most of these projects are constructed around our large scale residential developments to be synergistic and to give our residential buyers extra value and convenience with the luxury of a shopping centre on their doorstep.
